Generate Random #

I am working on a "work order request" project. Once the form loads, is it possible to have the Work Order # field auto populated with a random # within a predetermined starting # like 5001...

Qrew LegendCan you explain why you want a "Random" #? if you want to number your work orders starting at 500,000, just use the [Record ID#].
You can either use a formula like 500000 + [Record ID#] or else you cn use excel to import 500,000 dummy records and then delete them. The Record ID# field only counts up so note that once you roll foward the Record ID, you cannot easily reset it.
