Prefilter the related field

Parent Table is Associates - Child is Resets

What I want to do is for the Related Associate field to lookup any associate that is only a manager. Currently it lists ALL associates. How can I go about "pre-filtering" my choices?

    No problem.  Just make a report with your desired filetr, sort and fields for the drop down choices..  Then set the form properties to use that report for the related manager field.
