"Current User" View of subordinates

Question

I had a request to allow managers and fellow team members to view team requests.

A manager can see all requests submitted by Supervisors and their subordinates
All Team members can see the requests unless excluded from view by Manager (checkbox Manager View Only)

We currently have a user list "Manager(s)" field for specific supervisors as well a "Team Codes".&nbsp; Looking for suggestions.&nbsp; I was thinking of building a formula based on the Team code and current user (i.e. if Team Code matches Submitter show results, with Manager View Only checked XXX out code so it wouldn't match)------------------------------Christine White------------------------------
