Enabling CORS for Quick Base API

I am trying to post data from an HTML form to a Quick Base table, using API_AddRecord. The problem I am encountering is that the Quick Base server does not allow me to post the data from an external server, because CORS is disabled in Quick Base. Is there any way to enable CORS from within Quick Base?

    Hello, I have the same problem, please help. 

    Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://xxxc.quickbase.com/db/xxx?act=API_AddRecord&apptoken=xxx' from origin 'http://localhost:3001' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
