Make Address Link Clickable in Table Report

Question

I have an address field (which really has Lat/Long coordinates), which is clickable to a google maps when viewing the record. However, in a table report it is not a hyperlink. How would I create a custom Rich Text hyperlink to open the google maps location, like it does when viewing the record?

Thanks Mark. That worked but I did have to add $query to the parameters.&nbsp;
