I have several notifications and every time the notification gets emailed one comes from notify@quickbase.com and one comes from my email. How do I turn one of these off? Getting two emails for every...

Those symptoms would seem to suggest that in fact there is more than one notification in place. I suggest that you review the list of notifications and see if you have inadvertently duplicated a notification.
