Pipelines Advanced Query - empty field

Is this the correct format for this query?:

{1459.EX.'1'}AND{757.EX.""}AND({25.EX.'New'}OR{25.EX.'Assigned'}OR{25.EX.'Scheduled'})

Is that the correct syntax to check if a field is empty?  757 is a URL type field.
