Relationship report missing info

I have a table that holds a log of info that relates back to another table to display the records in a report within the record...It did show a menu at the top of the embedded table and listed out the info in the report, but now it's no longer displaying like that and I'm not sure what happened. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

    Those elements will not show unless you have data to display. There is nothing to grid edit, email or take action on so the icons that you're referring to don't show. As for the records not showing - you likely need to check the embedded report filters to make sure that the report being used on the form isn't filtering out valid records that should be there.
