Qrew LegendOne suggestion is to make a new app with is set fr EOTI access - Everyone On The Internet with a Connected Sync table which he bare minimum of fields you want to show on reports. Then use that table as the embedded report on the form.
EOTI access can also be provided on a table by table basis, so the Connected Sync table does not NEED to be in a separate app, but I feel that is a safer practice.
