Richtext button and URL button alignment

Question

I have a Formula-Rich Text button in a row with some URL buttons and they won't align correctly&nbsp; &nbsp;

Anyone else run into this or know how to fix?:Notice the middle button is higher than the others.&nbsp; &nbsp; Why!?------------------------------Jeff Peterson------------------------------

I thought I would just add a blank line to the 'Alternate Label Text' and that puts it too low.&nbsp; :(------------------------------Jeff Peterson------------------------------

Plus it's aligned correctly in EDIT....&nbsp;&nbsp;

Try creating a new formula rich text field and create an HTML table with a cell for each button.&nbsp;"&lt;table style=width:100%&gt;
 &lt;tr&gt;
 &lt;td style=width:100% colspan=3 align=center&gt; "&amp;[Request]&amp;" &lt;/td&gt;
 &lt;/tr&gt;
 &lt;tr style=width:100% align=center&gt;
 &lt;td "&amp;[Submit]&amp;" &lt;/td&gt;
 &lt;td "&amp;[Revise]&amp;" &lt;/td&gt;
 &lt;/tr&gt;
