Separate Multi select text for Bar graph

Hello, I am relatively new to quickbase and am trying to learn the ropes. I have a form that my team uses for reviewing customer service calls. I am trying to make a bar graph that shows the frequency of each error category so that we can see what areas need training. I currently have a multi select text box that will allow you to select what errors occurred on a given call. However when trying to turn this data into a bar graph the error categories have been merge to say Greeting; Account Verification. Is there a way to split these up so I can see how many errors are made in each category?

  • The low tech solution is to include your multi select field as a Dynamic Filter. That way you can see each type in its own.

    Would that solve your need?

That might work, would you be able to explain how I can do that? Would that be in the report settings or in the form settings?
