Simple Table to Table Pipeline

I need a simple Pipleline roadmap to build that will do a Table to Table import on a schedule.
I had this built with Automations and it worked perfectly, but now that automations are going away, and I get Errors trying to do a migration, it has now stopped working properly which is now affecting daily business.

Can someone please help and give me a simple roadmap to create a table to table import?

I find Pipelines very frustrating, and any help is appreciated.
