All of these non-users are to receive the identical report then one strategy is to get your company IT department to set up a distribution list and add all of those recipients to the distribution list. Then register the single distribution list as a User in your system. So it will just cost you one Quick Base license seat and that distribution list will receive the subscription and blast it out widely.
