I'm a little confused on what the time stamp function does? Is it simply to combine a date and time field? Is there a difference between a date/time field and a timestamp? I am time stamping a sig...

So is ToTimeStamp simply to concatenate a date/time (if you have a separate date and time field?). Versus a date/time field where it starts as one field?
