Track Email Notifications
Is there a way to track notifications sent? I know there was a post about this in 2016, just wondering if there is a way to do this now.

Natively, using the built in notifications, no.
If it was imperative that you have a log - you could setup a Pipeline to 'log' that it should have sent by setting up the same conditions and logging out the intended recipient that the email should have gone to - but seeing logs from QB itself about what was sent isn't available.
