Using API endpoints for SCIM provisioning

Yikes! Just typing that subject line has me in a tailspin...

Hi everyone,

I've created a few apps for managing different Microsoft, Service Now, etc. projects in our company. I've set it up so that the users can request access through QuickBase. Once the user is set up, the login info is sent to the store owner also from QuickBase.

Our company is about to set up a centrally managed ID management system, which will remove the need for users to access QuickBase to place their requests, but they still want the login info emails to come from QuickBase.

Management has asked me to investigate how to send the user info from the ID management system down to QuickBase and I have no idea how/where to start. I write some great apps, but when it comes to the big stuff, I have no clue. 

I raised a support case, but not sure if they'll be able to help me. 

Looking for a third-party to help us to sort through this. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
