Report Using Multiple Tables
Hi Everyone, Is there a way to create a chart, that pulls in data from multiple table? I'm trying to create a Pie chart showing a count of On Time / Late proposals. This information is stored on four different tables. Any help would be appreciated. ------------------------------ Terri Wells ------------------------------2Views0likes5CommentsHow can we email a custom dashboard page as a subscription?
I've found that sometimes users prefer dashboards to multiple emailed reports. How can I email the users a dashboard pageI have created that includes a couple of summary reports, a chart as well asone full reportin an email subscription? Is this possible with native QB? If yes, where is the setting option? I'm only seeing a report drop down in subscriptions. I'm not seeing a similar option to select a page . Hi Everyone, We get bids from vendor on projects (RFPs). For each project we end up having different information submitted. As a result we often end up with an embedded table on the project record where only 10/40 fields have any information Users are annoyed that they have to look at so many empty fields. Is there a way to display only the columns in a report if values are present? For example, if the project has no value for "Rent" in any of the projects related "Bid" records, don't show the "Rent" Field in the project's embedded report. I realize that we could achieve this by having multiple reports, however, we've come to the conclusion this would require maintaining over 200 reports, so we're looking for another solution. Trying to flip or transpose a table report. I have a simple one to many relationship and a simple table report but grouped by a date field - 'week'. I want to create a table report but one that is flipped horizontally with the child records appearing as rows instead of columns. ------------------------------2Views0likes10CommentsRemove totals column from summary report
I have a summary report that I use to summarize information by week. I would like to only display the previous 4 weeks, but when I do this the "Totals" column just shows those 4 weeks for totals which is confusing based on what is displaying for other reports on the dashboard. I know that you can remove the totals row. Is there a way to remove the totals column in a summary report?20Views2likes11CommentsFreeze column names / headers in summary reports
Is there a way to freeze the first column and the top row in summary reports? This automatically happens in table reports. I can't understand why it wouldn't happen for all reports. ------------------------------ Brian Hunot ------------------------------2Views2likes2Comments
