Report Help - Multiple apps/tables
Hello. I'm looking for some assistance/guidance with reporting for our QA team. We have multiple apps built for different review types. We would like to have a separate report or maybe dashboard that could show how a specific Line of Business is doing as a whole across all different types of reviews being completed. For example, we have an app for Review X, Review Y, and Review Z. Each of those separate review processes provide great reports for that specific review. We want to pull data from Review X, Review Y, and Review Z to show how a specific Line of Business is performing across all reviews. Kind of shooting for an end result overall QA score for each LOB. Would this be a time to utilize the table to table relationships or what would be the best/easiest way to create this type of report or dashboard? Our team is new to the QuickBase world and have been using since March 2024. Thanks18Views0likes2CommentsCalendar Reports not Loading
Suddenly no Calendar reports will load in new forms. Anyone else seeing this? I've been dealing with this issue for most of the day today. I'm hoping it's resolved before I have to switch everything back to the old forms. They either show the spinning loading animation, or it just freezes and never loads like in the attached screenshot. They still seem to be working in the old forms though.Solved29Views0likes3CommentsReports & Charts - Managing Client-Specific Name Visibility
Managing an app with over 975 clients and nearly as many users, we've found it simpler to streamline permissions by assigning everyone to a single role labeled "Client User" for external clients. Regarding the visibility of report names across different client profiles, I want to ensure that users associated with one client can't see the names of reports meant for another client. For example, let's say we have reports named "ABC Client Report" and "XYZ Client Report." How can we prevent users from the XYZ client from seeing the "ABC Client Report" name in the list of Reports & Charts while still keeping them in the same role? Current permissions are already in place to ensure they are only seeing their company's data, so I'm only concerned about the names appearing in the list. Any ideas or suggestions on how to tackle this would be really helpful. Our goal is to maintain client confidentiality while keeping things user-friendly for everyone involved. Thanks in advance!23Views0likes2CommentsPie Chart Help
I have a list of "Project Types". Attached is a summary report of this table and field. But, I really want to show it in a Pie Chart. Specifically, I want "Commercial EPR New Build and "Commercial NewBuild" grouped into one category and then all others in a "Other" category. I am thinking a report formula using the Count function. Is that right?14Views0likes1CommentOrganizing personal reports
Within any table in any app, there is a link right on top for "Reports & Charts" for that particular table. And as soon as you click it, the first potential two sections are Recently used reports, and Mine, reports I've created. Then all the common or other group reports after that Above the list of reports is a New & Organize button to either make a new report, or organize your existing reports. Why does the Organize only allow you to update the "Common" reports, or a separate group of reports, but not your personal ones under the Mine section. The Mine section is alphabetical, and will not let you change it. It doesn't make sense that you can change the order in every other report group header but your personal one. Am I missing something?5Views0likes0Comments
