Looking for Consultant: Add time tracking to existing task management app.

I have a task management app and would like to add time management.
Currently, we enter tasks into our Quickbase app and separately, we complete timesheets on an excel document.
I would like to add the ability to track hours spent on a task and then generate our timesheet from the Quickbase data.

This is the first of many projects that we're considering.
