I want that date to pass over to another application (I am not the owner). How do I accomplish this? I cannot use the action or automation right because it is in a different application?Re: how to show delayed tasks with red color bar on Gantt chartCloudBase Services has a customized Gantt Chart available: https://community.quickbase.com/quickbase/topics/customizing-gantt-bars-rows-and-or-text-on-timeline... Re: Remove totals column from summary reportwould love to see an option to remove the OVERALL total column. It's confusing for the user if they just want to see a 2 year comparison for example. They always ask me "why are there 3 years on my report"? <rolling eyes> Re: Child records as inputs in formTry this first:https://help.quickbase.com/user-assistance/#conditional_dropdowns_basic_setup.html I may be misunderstanding the questionRe: Complicated App Access Based On 2 Criteriain the table you can set access to only see certain records. If you create a group for each Team then you can set the access within a table to show each team only that Groups records. Unless i am missing something that seems way easier. To create groups: User settings->Manage groups To set access: Table Settings->Access change the drop downs to Group's RecordsRe: Can I insert data into text lookup field ?I have a field called gate code on my contact record. I have gate code set as a lookup field in another table for service calls. It works great until someone wants to enter a new gate code from the service record. I think I need to add a second gate code field to the service call record and then make then send that to the contact record as a lookup field. then I can create a form rule to show either or both if they are not blank? Will this even work? Am I thinking too much? Is there an easier way?Re: Nested If Formula Error: Expecting Boolean but found numberYep but when I put the OR in instead of the comma it give me another errorRe: Nested If Formula Error: Expecting Boolean but found numberI believe it would be true/false, so whether it has either of these activity types or not. This is the original formula: If(Contains([Activity Type], "PDFA",1, "PDAFA",1, null) I found this report someone else had created a few years ago and I am still learning what this table actually does.. I'll do some deeper digging and see if I can fix on my own or ask again.Re: Nested If Formula Error: Expecting Boolean but found numberIt is within a bar chart report. basically if the activity type is either of those it would count 1 and if not those type then it doesn't count it.Re: Nested If Formula Error: Expecting Boolean but found numberI am also getting this error.. The 1 in the formula is highlighted and it says "expecting boolean but found number": If (Contains([Activity Type], "PDFA"), Contains([Activity Type], "PDAFA"), 1, null) and based on the comments above I assume my null should be a 0?
