Esther has the best option - to attend Sam's office hours. However, if you can't attend (or your questions don't get answered), these discussions are a great place to be! There are plenty of active users that regularly answer questions with very helpful tips. I also suggest going through Quickbase University, even if you don't want to become certified. Finally, don't be afraid to google your question. For some extra dazzle, add Quickbase Junkie to your search. Sharon has some great resources and sheets that have been very useful to me.
