A different URL pointing to a Quick Base application.

I have an application previously made (not by me) which is accessed by a certain URL. This URL does not have any quick base domain name in it. Now this URL is not working. Is there any way to check if it's an internal Quick Base issue? Can I check using the application or Quick Base realm if the URL pointing to my application is working or not or provide any other URL for accessing the application? Thanks

    Hi Raj, I recommend opening a case with our Customer Care team so they can look into this for you. If you click Help > Manage Support Cases > + New Support Case you'll be able to share your URL without posting it publicly here.
