Access to older Community Posts

Question

Is anyone else getting system error messages when trying to open up older posts? I was looking at one from 2017 and when I clicked on the post I got "Sorry...some thing is wrong followed by a very long error code "that has been logged". Are older posts archived and no longer available?

Hi Brian,Our community provider Higher Logic is having service issues right now. They are aware we have had users run into this issue and their engineering team is looking into the root cause at the moment. I'm surprised nobody told you to use the cache. If you search for the post on Google and then click the 3 dot menu to the right of the result you can select the "cached" version. That version will load mostly fine and you can find the help you need from these older issues. This is the way to look at anything when a website is messed up not just here but on any website. Hopefully that helps you get the answer you need.
