Adding body of email to a field in QB from Outlook using Pipelines

I am trying to have Quickbase add a record when an email is received in Outlook.  I want to save the email of the sender and the receiver, the subject, the date and the body of the email.  I have it working as it should but I want just the text of the body of the email added and not the formatting characters.   What conversion am I missing in this process?
