Anyone ever created an API between Quickbase and Deltek GCS Premiere?

Before I call a few folks and really dig through the API user guide I thought I would ask if anyone has ever set up an API to pull Data from Deltek GCS Premiere to a Quickbase Table?  Deltek is a ERP software suite and I would like to be able to pull things like employee hours and rates.
