Auto populate grid edit

Hello,

I have two tables (Orders and Purchases) connected via a many-to-many relationship.

I would like to create a button on the orders table that will open up a form to add a new Purchase.

Is it possible to have the grid edit of the embedded report for the intermediary table pre-populate the relationship between the Order and Purchase?
