When you write out the Parent record also make a field to hold the [Record ID# of the triggering child record] and of course populate it in Automation #1. Then in Automaton #2 trigger when a Parent record is added and the field [Record ID# of the triggering child record] is populated to edit child record where the [Record ID#] matches that of [Record ID# of the triggering child record] and populate the Record ID# of the Trigger record into the [Related Parent] field.
