Hello,
I am in desperate need of some assistance with creating what I'm sure would be a very simple automation, but seems beyond me. I am trying to get our training database to automatically load employees who need a certification when I assign that certification to a job role. We have an automation that loads all the certifications for a Job Code into an employee's record when the employee's Job Code is added or changed, but I can't seem to amend it to work when a job role is added to a certification. It is frustrating for management to the point they are looking at alternative tools, but I think this can work if I can get some help! Thank you in advance!
