Average date of related records

I am trying to get the average date that students completed an assessment for each teacher. Is there a way to do this? If not, is there a way to just grab the date from ANY of the related students to populate the teacher table? Thanks in advance.

    If you have a relationship where 1 teacher has many assessments, you can edit that relationship to create a summary field of the maximum date of the assessments.
