Bulk Photo Download and Rename File

Is there a way to bulk download all of the photos in an application and rename the file during the download to match a specified info in a field?  I have 2 attachment fields that are photos and every record may not utilize both fields.

    Sounds like a Custom programming project.  I would try Juiced Technologies if you have a budget.
