Calculating Percentile in Quickbase

Hi, I m looking for Percentile Calculation in one of my quickbase application, similar to the example provided in the below link:

If you make a summary report and show a column for the value shown "normally" and then have the same column show "as a running % down the column", then that second column will be a Percentile.

I have 11 fields in a table, the user inputs $ amounts in those fields. And upon input i need to figure out a way where the system calculates nth percentile using the steps provided in the link.&nbsp;
