Can all the apps be displayed in a list format instead of icons by default on my apps page?

There is a 'details' list view on the my apps page, which you can click to make the apps show up in list view. Hope this helps.

Yes - use the little toggle at the top of the list on the right to switch to a List-View.  Also, in List View you can assign "group" names to apps; which can be very helpful.

On the My Apps page look to the top right where it says "create new app" and you will see an icon with 4 dots and then 3 lines. Click the 3 lines, mine never reverted back.
