Can I get an alert when a connected table fails to refresh as scheduled?

Sometimes a connected table will fail to refresh as scheduled, for whatever reason. Shows error, "There was a problem refreshing the table." Is it possible to get an alert when this happens? Email preferred, but really anything would be nice.

Right now we're relying on someone to question the accuracy of data, then we find the problem.

      It's very troublesome. I'll get emails about data inaccuracies for weeks following a refresh failure as a single failure encourages the other users to assume Quickbase is the problem without checking the source data. Since I'm relying on them to tell me when a refresh fails, it's created a 'boy who cries wolf' situation.
