Can I use a pipeline to update a table when a Page is created?

Is it possible to have a pipeline triggered when new Page is created (rich-text page in this instance) and create a record in a table populating fields with the page's title, description, and URL? ...

You could schedule a pipeline to run every day/hour and use an API call to get all of the pages and put them in a table.

Thanks. I would probably just run it manually, when new pages are added. I'll need to spend some time reading the API documentation to figure out how to do this. For now I'm just adding a button on the dashboards that take the user to the main help page, which has hyperlinks to the specific job aids.
