Can we pass two values in text box while filtering data?

When I select two I can see these two filter added in separate line. Is there any possibility to add two filter value in same text box.

Is this Role Permission filter or a Report filter or a Summary field filter.

  The best way to do this is to simply hover beside the report filter line and add a new line and set it to be where "any" are true.
  
  You can also separate terms with OR in upper case but its a clearer practise, I feel to have a separate line as a report filter.

  Which means the filter shown in the picture is not possible.
