Hi Jordan,
Automations making a change on a record should trigger a webhook if the record change meets the conditions of the Webhook. Is your webhook just looking for a specific field change and if so does the Automation definitely change that field and the value coming over isn't the same as before? Also webhooks does have a limit for how many can fire at once, have you gotten any error emails letting you know that you have exceeded the threshold just incase that Automation is editing a large volume of records at the same time?
