Hi Jim,
If this is a new request to get access to the JavaScript tracking application I would recommend submitting it on the web portal for support. You can still submit a case there and just include that you are having issues using the support portal in your case and they will instead reach out to you directly. This way we can still get your access request logged and back on track while they continue to investigate the issue.

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to follow up on this thread to let everyone know that we pushed a patch last night to resolve the support portal issue effecting some customers and you should now be able to access your support portal as usual. If you are still having issues definitely let us know either on this thread or via a case on our web portal for support.
