Cannot 'Hide Add File/Links' on mobile. Help me convince QB its important!

There is a known bug in QuickBase where the 'hide Add File/Links' in the manage roles preferences, does not work on mobile. Users will still have the small green cross that allows them to add (orphaned) records. This to me seems like a significant bug, as users must be trained to never use the green plus sign. Many users forget and I have a lot of orphaned records.

I am hoping that if enough people write in about it, they will listen!

Does this issue plague others, or am I alone on this one??

    You could make the Related Parent field be required at the field level and also put up a red message to safety net this.  But I agree, not a good user experience to block the save.

      Good idea to make related field required and have the error message. Ill probably do that in my most commonly used scenarios. I don't have the time to do it as many places as needed. Hopefully they find this bug important enough to fix sooner rather than later.
