Can't put a filter on a connected table

Question

So I have been trying to put a filter on this connected table and have been having no luck.
All the guides and forms say to go to here and just edit the filter, but it just say "No filter" and I can't change it.

How do I fix this?

yes, when you are the Connection owner you will see thisFilter&nbsp;Edit filter
