Can't sign up for the premier account plan

I'm trying to sign up for the quickbase premier plan that was listed as an available plan when I started my trial, but it is no longer listed for some reason.

I do not want to pay for the more expensive plan because I have no need for 40+ users.

Why was this plan removed as an option???
