Changing field type for multiple fields

Question

I have around 293 fields I just uploaded via excel that need to be checkboxes but the import default option is the text box. Is there a quicker way to change all of the field types or do I have to manually change every field?

I suggest that you delete the fields and make them again by importing again. if you were to importt them with data in them in the excel sheet such that the data has either a 0 or 0 in the data, then it will probably guess correctly as to the field type.

But another question is .... 293 checkbox fields!!

That is a warning flag. maybe you should reconsider your app structure and get those into a child table. Without understanding your app, that sounds like you are asking for troubles.

I had meant to say a 0 or a 1, but you must have figured that out.
