Color Scheme or Contrast Options

I'm a new user and having some issues with the contrast between field titles and data. I'm curious if there is an option for color scheme or contrast adjustment to make viewing easier on my eyes.

    No not really. The colour scheme and contrast is what it is.  Buttons, however can be coloured.  I always do that as the grey on white is not very visible in terms of contrast.

    Can you post a screen shot of an example.  I mean the field titles are black ands the background is almost white, so that is good contrast.
