Qrew LegendIt only take a few seconds to copy an app. Yes it will pause the other users, but unless you have a huge amount of data in the app, it will copy within about 5 seconds.

I'm also wondering if the "copy structure" function is accessible to all qb "plans." I believe we use the Premiere option, which is why we don't have access to the sandbox.

------------------------------- MarkShnier__YouYou can always copy an app. That option is under settings for the app, and then in App Management.
But the copy of the app is a separate app that has its own separate life. Obviously any changes you making a copy of app are just for testing purposes and would have to be re-implemented in the live app from scratch.
The sandbox feature is not widely used by my clients but in theory it does let you do your changes in the sandbox and then promote them to the live app.

Do you know of a way to find out the size (in terms of MBs) a copy of the structure would be? We're worried about possibly hitting a data cap with our plan.
When we make a copy without the data, it won't include any of the record IDs or anything other that the structure map, right?
