Create saved filtered view

Question

Can I create user-defined filter view in the QuickBase? Multiple users will be accessing this report so they want to create their own filter and save it for future references.

Users who are not allowed to save common reports can still create personal reports, thus saving their filters.

Sorry I did not get this part- "can still create personal reports" Is there any option/button which will allow users to create personal reports?

Unless users are blocked from modifying reports by their User Permissions setup, they can use the "Customize Report" icon which looks like an abacas at the top right of a table report and then use the Save button to save their report after they have made their filter selections.
