Creating a domain name and redirecting to a home page

I was asked to create a domain name and redirect that domain to a custom homepage within QuickBase. The issue that I am having is that this seems to be taking away the view of the page on a mobile phone. It does not act or look like the mobile view now. The view is more like looking at a full size web page. Not sure if I need to add something to the link to keep the structure. When I view the homepage link directly on my phone, all is good.

Is there something that needs to be added in the URL link when I paste it into the redirect of the domain setup.
