Customer Data with buttons for Auto Fill/Exporting to word template or other

Looking for an app that will allow input of customer data, with status of customer request, track missing items, but then hopefully have a radio button to auto populate either a word doc or other prog...

Welcome to QuickBase.

That app has a few good features, but is pretty dated, and uses some sub-par techniques.

You should work with your QuickBase rep to better match your needs with an app or an app developer that can help you.

I like this analogy about QuickBase;
You are the future home owner, QuickBase is Home Depot. 
Home Depot will provide all the tools and materials you need, they will even give you some help classes, ... But, if you really want to build a good house, you'll need a good contractor.

Either way, I hope you find what you need.
