Customize landing page for "ask the user" report

I am creating an ask the user report and would like to add some instructions or clarifications to the mail report page (where the requested fields show for input).  Is this possible?  If so, can anyo...

I don't think that you can add descriptions there other than by having very wordy field names. 

If that's not good enough my only other idea would be to land the user on a Rich Text Page which gives the explanation and provides a link to the report.
