Date and Time Stamp of Created File

I am trying to capture how long it takes to do each proposal on average.  The proposal is basically done when you create the Exact Form Plus pdf (which is a button).  I know how to compute duration of new records going forward but I am having a hard time figuring how to compute duration on old records.  The the only way I have been able to think of, is to compare DATE CREATED to date/time stamp of the pdf (the proposal) that was created.  How do I capture/reference date and time of a created file or some other work around?

  • In the button which creates the Juiced EF+ document there is typically a line which reads

    & "&faid=1272&efpdte=1299"

That means to put the file attachment into field ID 1272 and the date/time into the field 1299.

So if you have that line enabled, then you should have a field with the date and time of the PDF creation.
