Default Stat time value to users last entries Stop time

Good Morning

We have a group of users who log production data throughout the day and need to track their Start/Stop times consecutively. How can I have the default value of the Start field populated with the users last entry of the Stop field?

The End Result would look something like this
Start: 3:00 PM    End: 4:00 PM
Start: 4:00 PM    End: 5:00 PM
Start: 5:00 PM    End: 6:00 PM
Start: 6:00 PM    End: 7:00 PM
