Delete Unmatched Records After Mass Upload

Question

I need a native solution if I may.&nbsp; We have a warehousing system and we receive an Excel extract&nbsp; periodically which we upload to a stand alone table.&nbsp; Serial number is the key field. As some of the records we uploaded fall off the list, the question is how do we identify such records which are not matching the records in the latest upload and delete these.&nbsp;

Just delete those records where the [Date Modified] is older than the date of the previous mass update.

Thanks. As this table has separate uploads for different suppliers, this test may not work for all. This should work. But using your insight, I have added field to place a check where no update is made to distinguish records.&nbsp; Many thanks for your help.
